*CNC Milling*
Machining 4-axis CNC milling with rigid tapping. Mastercam
9.0.2 is the current software that allows the milling of
Aluminum, Steel, Wood, Epac foam, Copper, Brass & plastics
of all kinds. The size is 20" x 16" x 20".
The file required depends on the software you are using.

" IGES wireframe/surface
" Solidworks native file

*Rapid Prototyping: FDM - Fused Deposition Modeling*
Also provided by Creative Products is Rapid Prototyping
through the FDM and Waterworks technology by Stratasys.
Ultrasonic cleaning of parts provides the ability to create
assembled, moveable, and working models.
Material: white ABS plastic. Colors are available. Hardness:
78 D
Files needed for FDM: STL ( Standard Triangulated Language
)
Combining CNC machining and Rapid prototyping can be an
efficient way to produce a Hybrid Model.
